We want to be able to in this Coaching, and you have two Exercises to help you increase your optimism to continue and learn more compassion for themselves.

Think of in the morning, three good things to look forward to this day. It can be a Meeting with a girlfriend or a friend, an hour with a book in the evening, but it can also be something to look forward to in the near future, for example, a holiday, a Celebration or a visit to a sporting event or a concert. Important: you Practice this friendly attitude regardless of their pain. Try one of the self-compassion as a basic attitude about the whole day to maintain, even if you are well.

Both of these Exercises will help also, of course, people who have no pain, with their life to better cope. For people with pain optimistic thoughts and self-compassion are an especially good help. Quasi “gang” are here again the contact with the own body and the proximity to strengthened themselves.
