Korea's beauty giant opens all-in-one store

Able C&C recently announced that the South Korean cosmetics giant had launched a new-concept shop, dubbed Missha Plus store. The first one is located in Myeong-dong, central Seoul.

The Seoul-based outfit is operating hundreds of Missha stores across the country where customers can only purchase the Missha products. In comparison, Missha Plus stores will sell products from other brands as well.

At the all-in-one stores, more than 170 products from 23 brands will be available, including A’Pieu, MeFactory, Cellapy, Lapothicell, Stila, and Bourjois.

The former three are brands of Able C&C, while the other three are from other brands.

Able C&C has already upgraded about 100 Missha stores to Missha Plus stores this month. The company plans to jack up the figure to 150 by the end of this year.

“We introduced Missha Plus stores to provide more diverse products and options to our customers,” Missha Sales Innovation Division Director Kim Min-jeong said in a statement.

In time with their debut, Missha Plus stores will offer Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara to those who buy products worth more than 20,000 won ($17.5) there.

Able C&C has also briskly tapped into the offshore markets. Missha presently runs more than 150 stores in about 40 nations across the globe.
