7-track album will be released on April 12

Not only ordinary K-pop fans but also global celebrities seem to wait for the advent of the much-anticipated new album of BTS, “Map of the Soul: Persona,” which will be released on April 12.

In the “Saturday Night Live” promo, actress Emma Stone freaked out over this week’s musical guest of Korean superstar BTS. She will host the sketch show on April 13.

“I am camping out on this stage until BTS gets here,” she said in the promo to other women dressed in BTS shirts and pajamas with pictures of the seven-member boy band covering the wall.

This is not the first time that the Oscar winner expressed her interests in K-pop. In a 2015 interview, she picked BTS and Girls Generation as her favorite K-pop acts.

BitHit Entertainment, the agency that formed BTS in 2013, came up with two teaser trailers earlier this week showing BTS collaborates with U.S.l singer Halsey in their fourth studio album

After watching the second clip, Paulo Coelho famous for his best-selling novel “The Alchemist” also jumped on the BTS bandwagon by showing his hype on the upcoming album. The Brazilian author praised that the trailer is “classic and contemporary at the same time.”

Coelho has been known as a fan of BTS, also called Bangtan Boys. And his relationship with BTS might be mutual as BTS member Suga once said that his favorite book is “The Alchemist.”

The seven-track album, which is the follow-up to the band’s 2018 albums of “Love Yourself: Tear” and “Love Yourself: Answer,” will be released simultaneously in Korea and the United States on April 12.

In May, the K-pop sensation will start a world tour, which will feature 16 shows across four continents at such famous venues as Wembley Stadium.
