Cornerstone OnDemand to help users navigate COVID-19

The novel COVID-19 coronavirus changes the business world once and for all, as social distancing leads to educational distancing due to fears of infection.

Most spooked corporations sit idle, but some agile ones move fast to take advantage of the situation as amply demonstrated by Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in cloud-based learning and talent management.

Cornerstone OnDemand said earlier this week that it will provide users around the world with information on how to better navigate the coronavirus pandemic.

The outfit launched a learning platform, dubbed Cornerstone Cares, which features four free content playlists designed to help people manage through the challenge times.

Included in them is the COVID-19 playlist, which holds information about infection prevention and control of coronavirus from leading health organizations.

Its “working from home” playlist showcases best practices for staying productive and motivated while working remotely. Its “mental health and stress management” playlist has tips and techniques for effective self-care.

Cornerstone said that its programs cover around 800 courses regarding such topics as remote working best practices, remote info-tech security, communication tools, mental health, productivity, and leadership during times of change.

“We wanted to use our tools to help the community during this crisis,” Cornerstone founding CEO Adam Miller said, pointing to the anxiety and uncertainty that continues to increase around the globe as cases spiral in country after country.

Cornerstone is a global human capital management leader, which offers solutions to more than 3,600 global clients in almost 190 countries in 57 languages across the world.
