K-pop boy band uploads special video clip to thank fans

On June 13, 2013, seven guys hit the stage on a Korean TV music show. Back then, few expected that the boys would eventually become a K-pop colossus.

In six years after their debut, however, they are already a legend – they are the most-tweeted name in the world and their music videos keep shattering YouTube records.

Their name is BTS, who celebrated its sixth anniversary on June 13 in Korea after finishing its globe-trotting stadium concert tour in three U.S. cities, Sao Paulo, London, and Paris.

The septet celebrated the anniversary with a video clip named “Bangtan Attic,” which was uploaded at the official Twitter account of the septet.

In the 55-minute, 10-second video, BTS members gathered to discuss their childhoods, careers and the future.

In addition, BTS member Jimin posted a video to thank fans for their support in the separate Twitter account for the seven members.

BTS fans, otherwise called ARMY brief for Adorable Representative MC for Youth, came up with positive responses.

Thank you. Thank you for the sad memories, and thank you for the happy memories. I cherish them all a lot thank you for staying together and thank you for your hard work. I love you so much, and you mean the world to me. I hope the upcoming six years will be just as great,” a fan said.
