Youngest BTS member is known as avid mobile game fan

Among K-pop stars, who do you want to play online games with? Most people here picked Jungkook of boy band BTS as the person they wanted to partner with, according to a recent survey by a local media outlet “Idol Chart.”

Among 10,576 respondents, 7,422 (70 percent) picked Jungkook, according to the online media.

Singer Park Ji-hoon, who debuted with Wanna One, took second place with 2,325 votes followed by Sakura Miyawaki of girl group IZ One with 720 votes.

Also included on the list were Wonwoo of Seventeen, Kwon Hyun-bin of JBJ, and Baekhyun of EXO.

Jungkook is known to be an avid fan of mobile games. In past interviews, BTS members picked Jungkook as the best gamer of the septet.

He also plays “Overwatch,” a team-based multiplayer game. The first-person shooter, which is set on a near-future earth, was released by Blizzard Entertainment in 2016 and became hugely popular worldwide.

In addition, Jungkook once said that a scar on his left cheek had something to do with games.

When Jungkook was young, the 21-year-old said he was injured in his childhood during a fight with his older brother over who got the computer first to play online games, and it left the scar.

As the youngest member of BTS, Jungkook has begun enjoying greater popularity following the release of the band’s new album, “Map of the Soul: Persona,” in April.

Other aforementioned K-pop stars are also known as great game fans.

Kwon of JBJ has constantly said he always enjoys wrapping up his day by playing games.

Baekhyun of EXO said that he loves to play “League of Legends,” and “Playerunknown’s Battleground.” Many video clips of his games are broadcast on YouTube.
