Korea Ginseng Corporation (KGC) announced on May 11 that it had taken part in the 2023 TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Singapore this week.

During the five-day event, KGC showcased its signature products with the goal of expanding its presence in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

The Tax Free World Association (TFWA) holds international exhibitions twice a year _ in Singapore in May and in Cannes of France in October.

The gatherings are dubbed as summits for duty-free and travel businesses from across the world.

KGC first joined the fair in 2017, and this year marks its fourth participation. During 2020 and 2022, the offline conventions did not take place due to the novel coronavirus.

Built to show off South Korea’s traditional design patterns, the KGC booth was the biggest among the dietary supplement corporations.

The booth showed off products made of red ginseng and deer antlers. Some items were made under the alliance with global manufacturers.

KGC CEO Her Chul-ho also partook in the event to check business trends in the duty-free industries and encourage officials of the Seoul-based company.

“As a representative South Korea dietary supplement provider, KGC will spearhead the efforts to expand our horizon in the global duty-free markets,” a KGC official said.
