As of Apr. 1 02:25 P.M., LG Display increased 2.31 percent, compared with last Friday, to 19,950 won. It had declined 6.12 percent through the past month.

Compared with its close competitors within the same industry, KOSPI, since the monthly volatility of LG Display was the lowest, the earnings rate over one month was also relatively lower than that of its peer groups.

Comparing industry to the market, the KOSPI industry including LG Display records lower volatility and earning rate than Electrical & Electronic Equip. In other words, the industry was safer, and the rate of decrease is smaller than that of the market.

Target price 24,000 won

Per analysts' expectations during the recent month, the average target price of LG Display is 24,000 won. The stock price is 19,950 won as of yesterday, so there is 4,050 won (20 percent) disparate in order to be able to increase.

Compared with four close competitors with similar market capitalization within its industry, LG Display's P/B ratio, a financial ratio of a company's book value, and its P/E ratio, a price-paid ratio of annual net income, are both at the lowest level.

Foreigners buy

From Mar. 27, Foreigners have been continuously selling LG Display during the past three trading days. As a shareholding sum by the investor group for the past four weeks, foreigners have bought 249,986 shares. However, during the same period, institutions have sold 117,277 shares with a changing stance to selling from buying and individuals have sold 203,826 shares in a lessening selling trend.

Regarding the statistics for the past month on trade volume as the total outstanding shares, the daily turnover rate of LG Display was 0.44 percent. And the daily volatility, the average range of rise and fall, during the same period is 2.3 percent.

As per the inquiry for shareholding by the investor group, the major investor group is foreigners with 43.33 percent from total outstanding shares. Individuals and institutions each hold 32.28 percent and 23.61 percent.

And as recent five-day shareholding change by the investor group, foreigners is the major investor group with 42.51 percent. Individuals hold 36.11 percent and institutions hold 20.15 percent.
