Brokerage to elaborate on outlooks of stock market, global strategy

NH Investment & Securities said June 4 that the company would provide its opinions on the 2020 second-half stock market through YouTube events slated for next week.

The Seoul-based outfit will hold YouTube forums on June 10 and 11, which will deal with South Korean stock markets and global strategy at the virus era.

On the first day, the broadcasting will cover stock market outlooks in such industries as technology, electric vehicle, consumer goods, and internet game.

The next day would be about global asset allocation, foreign exchange rates, raw materials, real estate, bonds, sovereign bonds, credit, and international investment strategy.

The forum will start at 16 p.m. on both days to continue around two hours.

“The forums are designed to offer a prediction for the second-half economy and financial market amid the virus threat,” an NH Securities official said.

“We will continue to provide similar content to benefit our customers down the road.”

NH Securities was launched in 2006 when Sejong Securities was incorporated into the National Agricultural Cooperate Federation, otherwise known as Nonghyup.

Currently, CEO Jeong Young-chae heads the outfit, whose largest shareholder is NH Financial Group. Its stake is 76.09 percent.
