Korean outfit strives to become top-tier player in world market

White Information Networking, Korea’s leading provider of human resource management (HRM) software and service solutions, vies to join the rank of the global top five players.

Based on its technological edge, the Seoul-based outfit recently announced its goal of tapping into the offshore markets by making innovative products and nurturing creative staff.

White, which was founded in 1990, has already proved its competitiveness with a series of successful products including the H5, the country’s first electronic human resource (HR) solution.

The H5 is White’s leading brand, which is designed to provide a strategic HR solution to corporate clients. It is a flexible solution as it can be customized in accordance to the size of enterprises.

White’s products have win the hearts and minds of businessmen here as amply demonstrated by its track record of having set up more than 600 e-HR systems over the past three decades.

Included in its clients are Bank of Korea, Korea Development Bank, Hana Bank, Shinhan Bank, KB Kookmin Bank, BNK Busan Bank, BNK Kyongnam Bank, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

Outside the financial segment, many giants opted for White’s solutions including Hyundai Motor, Hyundai Steel, Nexen Tire, and KEPCO E&C.

White’s technological prowess has been already recognized outside of Korea by the Asian Banker, which gave the Best HR System Project Award in Asia Pacific to the firm twice in 2013 and 2014.
